Thirty UIC off-campus students displaced by fire

A large-scale fire broke out on Sunday May 31, which took down three off-campus apartment buildings. Over 150 firemen were present at the scene, and it took them an hour and a half to control the fire.

Most of the residents were away from the building at the time of the fire.

"Bike to Work Week," June 13 to 19, is an annual event sponsored by the Active Transportation Alliance and supported by the City of Chicago. It is designed to encourage and promote bicycling. I really don't know what side to be on for the 2016 Olympics. Either Chicago should get it or it shouldn't. At first, it didn't really matter, and I figure it is such a far away event that it makes me want to put off the decision until then.
