On May 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., the LAS Alumni Association will host a wine-tasting and alumni networking event on the Third Floor lounge of BSB. Wine sampling and instruction will be led by Charles E. Stanfield, L'Ordre Des Cotaux De Champagne and Chairman for Wine of the People. More than a dozen wines will be featured, as well as appetizers and an opportunity to network with fellow LAS alumni. Tickets will be $50 for UIAA members and $60 for non-members, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the 2008 LASAA Merit Award Scholarship fund.
